Facing the street door, the reception desk is spacious and bright. The grey background wall and cement floor, the light colored ceramic bricks and wooden tables: the concise design style expresses the ultimate and minimalist design concept of Dacheng. As for the use of building materials, the plain calcium silicate board shows quiet body strength. While the designer’s friend had just transported a batch of sleepers from the United States and the sleepers happen to become the best material for laying the gallery. The ceramic bricks retained in the old office, as a kind of traditional building materials, are cleverly used as the wall partition, which not only forms an interesting dialogue with modern materials, but the hollow round holes inspire people’s desire to pry inward.
The layout of the space has referred to the architectural features of the traditional residential courtyard style, which not only meets the office needs, but also creates a harmonious and beautiful living space.

The new office of ROCO-Giant Elephant Culture is located in IFC, where has advantageous geological conditions. The office is located by the riverside of Minjiang River and has a towering height, which was designed by LKK. LKK had ever designed for the sister brand of ROCO-Giant Elephant Culture – ROCO SWEETS and ROCO LIFE Museum, so LKK and ROCO-Giant Elephant Culture share highly consistent understanding for the environment of office: the enterprises must always undertake social responsibility before they can have sustainable development; the office should become a platform for partners to exchange and share, and office should stimulate creativity and potential and create value and benefit.
Combined with beautiful natural landscape and leisurely needs of the environment, the overall narration will be like the film’s plot: showing the theme, promoting the plots and having boundless appealing; it is like a hidden forest with mountain and lake landscape and is cozy and comfortable.

The main business of Fuzhou Yimeijia is trade of building materials, but the boss is often "absent-minded". He traveled around many countries and is a fancier of photography. He's only requirement for office design is elegant and quiet, which coincidence with Lin Kaixin, a design in pursuit of ""harmonious living aesthetics.
In order to create a clean, concise space with affinity, the designer applies traditional white wall and grey tile tone into the space, and matches with the warm wood color. In structure, the blurred division of funny combinations and traditional architecture scale is used, allowing viewers to experience the fun of space game.

The company mainly engages in two types of business: communication and tea brands. The former pursues real-time, high efficiency and fashion, while the latter advocates meditation, mind training and cultivation of temperament. How to integrate these two kinds of corporate cultures to achieve a harmonious whole becomes the biggest challenge of the case. Design to create the space background with rich cultural charm, regard the court structure of Chinese enclosed courtyard as the layout inspiration and adopt composed grey color and stylish yellow color as the design language to direct a meaningful stage drama.

This project is an investment company which functions mainly as office areas for high-ranking leaders and reception areas for VIP customers. By bringing traditional elements and modern ones into each other’s presence, this project seeks to find harmony in seemingly contradictions and try to illustrate oriental culture in a simplistic fashion, creating a relaxed and harmonious indoor space where “cultural aroma” and “ sense of modernity” co-exist in perfect peace and fostering an atmosphere that put man one with nature. In architectural form, this project stresses the importance of catering to the aesthetics of the easterners in their obsession with magnificence and splendid sense of order, reflecting the robustness and steadiness of the enterprise while at the same time not losing sight of the innovative nature about the enterprise.

The owner of the case is a group company mainly specializing in real estate development. The case is an office site design for the higher rank staff of the firm. The company culture and orientation of customers tell us that their working site should fully represent an interior construction atmosphere of concision, fashion, high taste and Chinese characteristics.
Slopes and diagonal lines well organize the relationships among functional spaces. The style of neatness makes the space vivid and natural. Because of the outside scene in a little bit clutter, the designer utilize the semi-transparent gray glass bricks instead of the original ground touched clear glass, which 1) guarantees the indoor illumination, 2) screens building scenes outdoors in bad order, 3) well shows Chinese features full of modern sense because of the space in gray and the grid figure crated by the well placed glass bricks.
We mainly use gray and high quality Portugal WEIKANG soft wood in large scale to cover the wall and the floor, and synthetically combine tiles in brown color and diamond panels in dark warm color, which is well created calm and quite working atmosphere. The fashionable gray taste contains some sort of Chinese factors, which matchs w/ the culture of Jindi Corporation.
